The Second World SME Conference was held in June of enthusiastic summer. Numerous guests came afar to seek cooperation, discuss development plans, expand transformation paths, and make new progresses. Towering Huaishan Mountain witnesses our friendship and gentle water sparks more expectations. Yanqi Lake, full of connotations, presents grand beauty to all of us.

Starting from the changing of head portraits, you made your friends and the network astonished with your unified actions overnight. At last, we would like to thank the staff of the Secretariat. During the preparation of half a year, you went through many difficulties and challenges. Your overtime work, sweat, even tears made everlasting scrolls. Personalized and considerate serviced were provided in such aspects as logistic support, conference security, transportation, venue arrangement, office equipment, medical and health care. Your star and people-oriented services are highly appraised by the representatives.
當(dāng)然，還是要表達(dá)歉意，2018年很多的承諾，還沒有最好的兌現(xiàn)，還有些不足無法彌補(bǔ)，我們感受到了真實(shí)的差距、感覺到了我們需要努力改進(jìn)的地方很多。請大家諒解，我們會(huì)改變的更好！
Anyway, we still need to express our apologies. Many commitments made in 2018 have not been fulfilled the best yet, and some deficiencies cannot be remedied. We have noticed the real gap, and we shall make efforts to improve in many aspects. Please understand us and we will be better!
因?yàn)槲覀兿嘈牛瑫r(shí)代在變化，需求在變化，我們面對的一切充滿了變化。世界中小企業(yè)大會(huì)也要不斷地變化，以滿足參與各方的需求。
We believe that the times and needs are changing, and everything we face is full of changes. The World SME Conference will change also to meet the needs of all parties.
我們期待著一個(gè)永遠(yuǎn)向前的大會(huì)，一個(gè)更加充滿活力的大會(huì)，一個(gè)能不斷滿足中小企業(yè)全球化中需求的大會(huì)。
